tms gibt bekannt, dass sie mit der Tochtergesellschaft irisnet GmbH der Net Digital AG eine Technologiepartnerschaft eingegangen ist, um gemeinsam das Anti-UAS-System „perdix“ zu entwickeln.

The scalable system comprises a base station that detects and tracks drones using advanced AI-enabled sensors, as well as a kinetic effector. tms began development of a rocket-powered guided interceptor in 2025, resulting in the perdix. Equipped with its own onboard sensor suite for guidance and control, the PX75 is designed to defeat low-flying attack drones. Most recently, the PX75’s mobile launcher has been enhanced with irisnet’s real-time artificial intelligence (AI) framework, bringing both technologies together in the innovative perdix system.

Since 2021, our partner company has been providing software solutions for real-time object detection in images and video streams. In response to strong customer demand, irisnet has expanded its existing AI platform to include dedicated drone-detection capabilities. irisnet also offers its drone-detection technology to civilian customers for the protection of critical infrastructure.

With its highly agile PX75 effectors, the perdix system addresses the requirements of today’s military customers by providing a cost-effective solution for the lowest tier of air defence. perdix is therefore designed to contribute to an effective layered air-defence architecture in the very-short-range domain.

A technology demonstrator of the perdix system will be unveiled in September 2026 at the joint irisnet and tms booth at the EUDEX-Messe in Essen, Hall 3, Stand A55.07. Visitors are also invited to see the ARGE CBRN presentation, with tms participating, in Hall 4, Stand D12.D2.
